No. We build your website preview first. You only pay the £199 one-time fee if you are happy with it and want us to finish and launch it.
What happens if I don't like the website?+
You do not pay anything. We only want you to go ahead if the website feels right for your business.
How long does the website take to build?+
We will confirm a realistic timescale after reviewing your business and what the website needs. We will not take payment before you have seen the preview.
Can you use my existing logo and photos?+
Yes. Real branding and project photos usually make the strongest website. You can share them after submitting your request.
What if I already have a domain?+
That is no problem. You keep ownership of it and we can connect it when the website is ready to launch.
Can I request changes?+
Yes. Agreed revisions needed to finish the website are included before launch. Large changes or extra functionality may need a separate quote.
Who owns my domain?+
You do. If we arrange a new domain, it will be registered for your business and included for the first year.
Does the £199 include a new domain?+
Yes. One standard domain is included for the first year when required. Premium or unusually expensive domains are not included and would always be discussed first.
What is included in the SEO setup?+
We build a clear site structure, page titles, descriptions, mobile-friendly pages, technical foundations and Google indexing setup. This does not include ongoing SEO work or guaranteed rankings.
Are there any other costs?+
The £199 covers the agreed website package and first-year standard domain. Advanced features, extra pages and any future ongoing service will be explained and agreed separately before work is added.
What happens after the website goes live?+
We will confirm the launch, test the main contact routes and explain anything you need to know. Any hosting, maintenance or ongoing marketing arrangement will be agreed separately.
